The birth place of Aghoreshwar Baba Kinaram in Ramgarh area of Chandauli district will be developed as a tourist place. This was announced by chief minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday.
UP minister of state for tourism (independent charge) Neelkanth Tiwari along with Aghoreshwar Peeths Mahant Siddharth Gautam will finalise the work plan to develop it as tourist place,” said Yogi while addressing a function organized to mark the birth anniversary of Baba Kinaram in Ramgarh .
Yogi highlighted how the Maths and temples played a key role in keeping country united. He said that these places were the strength of the country as people from poor, rich and all sections of the society go their without any discrimination.
Yogi took stock of Baba Kinaram’s temple, water body and other places associated with Aghoreshwar and praised the people of region for keeping his memories alive even after centuries. Yogi also felicitated Satyaprakash rai and Leelavati- parents of Mendhar (Jammu and Kashmir) martyr Chandan Rai on this occasion. Rai was martyred in January 2018.
