Day 1 :
Allahabad- Sitamarhi(60 Km -01:30 hrs.)- Allahabad (60 Km -01:30 hrs.)
You will be picked up from Hotel/Residence in Allahabad and drive to Sitamarhi. Sitamarhi is situated on the bank of River Ganges. It is believed to be the place where, Sita lived during her exile from Ayodhya. Her two sons Lav & Kush were born here. It is the place where she was engulfed into the earth. So, it is also known as Sita Samahit Sthal.
Sita Samadhi Asthal - (Opening Time-6 AM to 6 PM, open all days)
This temple is dedicated to Goddess Sita. Here a majestic Idol of Sita in white clothes is installed. This is actual place where Sita Maa went underground.
This temple premises has a statue of Lord Shiva on which river Ganges emerges out of his hair locks.

Valmiki Ashram - (Opening Timings- 6am To 10pm, Open All Days)
It is 100 m distant from Sita Samadhi Asthal. At Valmiki Ashram sons of Goddess Sita (Luv and Kush) caught the horse of Ashwamedha Yajna performed by Lord Rama. Then they both fought with King Sugreeva, Lakshamana, Bharata and Shatrughana defeating them all.
They tie Pawanputra Hanuman to a tree chanting Lord Rama’s name. There is a temple dedicated to Luv & Kush at Valmiki Ashram.
Sita Stayed here for eight years during her exile. There is a lake so Boating Facility is available in Valmiki Ashram. Special day is also celebrated as birthday of Lav-Kush known as Lav-Kush Parv.
Later in evening drive back to Allahabad & drop to hotel/residence.
