Day 01 :

Arrival in Varanasi and Evening Ganga Aarti

  • Journey to Varanasi: Board a flight or train from Kempegowda International Airport, Bangalore, or Railway Station to Lal Bahadur Shastri Airport, Varanasi, or Varanasi Cantt Railway Station.
  • Transfer and Check-In: Upon arrival in Varanasi, you will be met and transferred from the airport or railway station to your hotel for check-in.

  • Early Morning Shahi Snan: Begin your day with the sacred Shahi Snan (royal bath) at Triveni Sangam. This auspicious ritual involves bathing in the holy river waters at sunrise. Perform ritual ablutions and offer puja to honor the rising Sun God, immersing yourself in the spiritual traditions of the Maha Kumbh Mela.
  • Full Day Cultural Experience: Spend the remainder of the day engaging in the vibrant cultural activities of the Kumbh Mela:
    • Akhara Procession: Witness the grand Akhara Procession, where hundreds of Naga Sadhus and other Sadhus participate in a ceremonial procession. This world-famous event showcases thousands of Sadhus making their public appearance and taking a holy dip in the Sangam. The procession is a remarkable display of spiritual devotion and communal reverence.
