Day 01 :
Varanasi – Evening Ganga Arti Ceremony at Dashashwamedh Ghat
After pick up from Railway Station/ Airport check in to hotel. In evening enjoy Ganga Aarti Ceremony at Dashashwamedh Ghat. Get a glimpse of the spiritualism at the Ganga Ghats (River Front). You can enjoy the Ganga Arti on Boat ( optional and by own cost).
Dinner and night stay at hotel in Varanasi.
Time for Evening Ganga Arti at Dashashwamedh Ghat-
- Winter – 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM (approx.)
- Summer- 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM (approx.)
Day 02 :
Varanasi Shopping Tour + Varanasi Temple Tour
Early morning, we will be taken for a boat ride on the Ganges. Enjoy Subah-e-Banaras in Varanasi . It is a mystical and spiritual experience to watch Sun God along River Ganges. See Ghats of Varanasi like Manikarnika Ghat (Largest Cremation Ground of World) , Dashashwamedh Ghat , Assi Ghat and more during Boat Ride ( Boat Ride optional and by own cost) . Return to hotel for breakfast.
Later, visit the Famous Temples of Varanasi like Kashi Vishwanath Temple , Annapurna Temple , Bharat Mata Temple , Sankat Mochan (Hanuman Temple) , Manas Mandir and BHU .
Return back to hotel for breakfast.
At afternoon visit the Local Markets of Varanasi to shop for Jewellry & Bronze like Thathery Bazaar .
Later, visit Godowlia Market - famous for household items to hardware, fine silk and brocade fabrics, remarkably good inlaid wood-work, shawls, zari work, readymade garments, fancy sarees, shoes, bracelets and other costume jewellery.
Later, visit Vishwanath Gali –for bangles, offerings silk trinkets, tiny toy shops -specialize in small wooden toys, fabric and readymade garments. You can find Banarasi Paan in every corner of lane and special Banarasi Street Food – gol-gappas, Banarasi- Kachori etc.
Varanasi is also famous for the essential oil and tea masala that is used for the aroma therapy and Vishwnath Gali Market is the hub of that place where you can find this type of oil like - Jasmin oil, Flower of paradise, Lotus flower, White Musk, Black Musk, Rose oil, Sandle oil.
Later, come back to hotel. Have dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 03 :
Varanasi Shopping Tour + Sarnath – Silk Factories & Weaving Centres
Later, we have an excursion to Sarnath . Sarnath is the place where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon at Deer Park . The Tourist Attractions at Sarnath are the Buddha Temples , Dhamekha Stupa , Chaukhandi Stupa and the Archaeological Museum .
Later, at afternoon, visit Lallapura - Banarasi Silk Weaver’s Village which is notably famous for its silk business in Varanasi. Village is protected by the state government and central government both, where thousands of family partially or fully involved in Silk Weaving Business ; we get a close chance to observe the weaver’s life and their art of weaving.
Later, visit various Silk Factories & Weaving Centres and some of the most exquisite and rare collections of Silk Sarees, Brocade, Banarasi Sarees dealing from the centuries,continuously attracting the buyers, onlookers, researcher, and artisan all over the worlds since last 500 years. Have dinner and stay overnight in hotel.
Day 04 :
Drop to Airport/Railway Station
After breakfast have some leisure time in hotel. Later, departure to Airport or Railway Station for onwards journey.
